Insects wander beneath the soil,
portentous Oaks a looming presence.
Camouflaged logs lay in the shrubbery,
dew drops play on the grass.
Blooming shrubs and plants alike,
bluebells douse the gravel path.
The hushed snap of a twig beneath foot,
vines caressing majestic trunks.
Birds chirp in symphonic notes,
leaves join in an orchestrated rustle.
The brisk April breeze,
sends ripples amongst the placid stream.
